Common Questions About Your Pet’s Medical Care

Appointments & Visiting

You can schedule an appointment by calling our office directly or using our online booking portal. We recommend booking at least one week in advance for routine wellness exams to ensure your preferred time slot.

To stay on schedule for all patients, we ask that you arrive 5 minutes early. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure every pet receives full attention.

Yes, we offer "drop-off" appointments for busy owners. You can bring your pet in the morning, and our team will perform the exam or treatment during the day and call you for pickup once they are ready.

Medical & Health

Young pets should typically begin their vaccination series between 6 and 8 weeks of age. These initial boosters are critical for building immunity against common and life-threatening diseases during their first year.

We provide a variety of veterinarian-approved preventatives, including monthly chews and long-term topicals. Our staff can help you choose the best product based on your pet’s lifestyle and risk factors.

For healthy adult pets, we recommend blood work once a year. For senior pets or those on long-term medication, we suggest screenings every six months to monitor organ function and catch early signs of illness.

Pharmacy & Payments

Prescription refills can be requested via our website or by calling our pharmacy line. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for our medical team to review the file and prepare the medication for pickup.

We understand that medical costs can be unexpected. While we require payment at the time of service, we partner with third-party providers like CareCredit to offer flexible, monthly financing options.
