You can register by calling our front desk or completing the new patient form on our website. We recommend transferring your pet’s previous medical records at least 48 hours before your first visit so our doctors can review their full health history.
We require at least 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us to provide the appointment slot to another animal that may need urgent care. Please note that late cancellations or "no-shows" may be subject to a nominal fee.
We utilize a triage system, meaning life-threatening cases are always prioritized and seen immediately upon arrival. For non-life-threatening emergencies, wait times vary based on current patient volume, but our team works efficiently to see every pet as quickly as possible.
